Enel Green Power is present in Greece with 290 MW of installed wind capacity, solar and hydro power. The company is fully positioned to grasp the change in the way renewables are developed and managed, driving costs reductions at capex and opex levels, as well as gaining additional revenues from operating performance improvements. ENEL commissioned CLMS the design and development of a customised ERP system, in order to automate and integrate core business processes such as scheduling operations, managing accounting and keeping inventory records and financial data.
The solution was delivered in five months, initially consisting of four integrated modules. The ERP system is annually upgraded in order to serve changes in operational processes and align with modifications in the national accounting system.
